Our Amazing Mountains Talk
Three short talks in the Studio at the Lexicon Library by experts on archaeology, ecology, and farming in the Dublin Mountains, followed by Q&A. This event is part of the 2024 Dublin Mountains Festival. Find out more at dublinmountains.ie.
Ecologist Joanne Denyer (Denyer Ecology) will talk about the importance of bryophytes in the Dublin Mountains. We’ll hear from archaeologist Wayne Malone (Archaeology & Built Heritage) on the megalithic period, and from Brian Dunne (Acres Leinster) on farming in the uplands.
