In October, Ontario MPPs will be returning to Queens Park. So our community coalition of food banks, tenant unions, housing advocates, disability rights activists, and legal clinics are coming together for a BIG rally to welcome MPPs back to work! Together, we are urging the Provincial Government to make their first priority:1 - Raising the rates of ODSP and OW
2 - Freezing the rent
In solidarity with our community coalition's BIG rally on Oct 23rd at Queen's Park in Toronto, Ottawa ACORN is organizing a solidarity action at the local office for the Ministry of Children, Community and Social Services!
