Whether you come solo or with your brunch bestie, this is your invitation to slow down, connect, and enjoy a thoughtful, feel-good brunch in one of Ottawa’s most inviting spaces.

Think soft romance meets effortless cool. Subtle pinks, reds, neutrals, cozy knits, silk touches, or classic denim, interpret the theme your way. Romantic, minimal, bold, or understated! all vibes welcome.

We’re adding a playful throwback moment to brunch with an elementary-school-style Valentine’s exchange, but make it grown and cozy.

Participation is optional — join in if you’d like, or simply enjoy the vibes.

✨ A reserved seat for brunch
✨ Either shared group appetizers (subject to restaurant availability) or coffee, lattes, and non-alcoholic drinks
✨ Thoughtful hosting, coordination, and reservation planning

- Starling applies an automatic 20% gratuity, in line with restaurant policy.
- The $15 OSGC fee will be used either for:
– Shared group appetizers, if the restaurant offers group-style brunch appetizers
– Coffee, lattes, and non-alcoholic drinks, if group appetizers are not available
This will be determined based on the restaurant’s brunch offerings for the day.

Individual meals beyond what’s included are ordered and paid for directly with the restaurant.

Seating will be communal to encourage connection, conversation, and a welcoming group dynamic.
