Are you ready to celebrate 2024 and all that we accomplished?Come celebrate with your fellow Scouters at our Annual District Volunteer Dinner. Every year the district hosts this event so that we recognize volunteers for their dedication to the Scouting Movement and to the youth of our community.
This dinner is for ALL adult volunteers in the Ottawa District. Centrally located in Geneva, enjoy a great night out with your Scouting friends.
This NON-UNIFORMED event is a chance to break from the norm. As Scouters you are always serving others, but this night is about being served. Kick back and enjoy time with others in the District.
The business of the Ottawa District Annual Meeting takes place at 5:30pm. All are welcomed to this meeting. Only current Charter Organization Representatives of Ottawa District units, currently registered Ottawa District Committee Members and Council Board Members who live within the Ottawa District are voting members.
At the conclusion of the Annual Meeting, a formal dinner will begin at 6:30pm. We encourage units to buy a table and invite people to attend the dinner. This is a great opportunity for you to invite your Charter Organization Rep, school principal or church pastor to sit at your table.
