The third annual OTrak Chalk Walk will return Saturday, Jan. 24, 2026 at Tuscawilla Art Park, 213 NE Fifth Street!The free event will take place from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m.
Attendees can walk along the OTrak to watch live chalk art drawing by professional and students artists competing. Winners will be announced at 4:30 p.m.
Attendees can also create their own chalk drawing at the Art Park for $5. Chalk is provided by Ocala Cultural Arts along with a designated sidewalk square inside the park.
The event will host food trucks and live musical performances by Shelby Lauren Music and Sooza, as well as community performances by Madison Street Academy, Community Stages and Fort King Middle School.

🎨 Call for Artists: OTrak Chalk Walk 2026!
Applications for OTrak Chalk Walk artists are currently being accepted until Nov. 21!
The event welcomes professional and student artists to create original chalk art inspired by the theme: “Hidden Gems of Florida,” celebrating small towns, landmarks, natural beauty and unique stories across the state.

Professional Artists: Best in Show $1,000 | Second Place $500 | People’s Choice $500
Student Artists: First Place $500 | People’s choice $100 + additional awards and memberships

Professionals: Florida residents, eligible to work in the U.S.
Students: Middle or high school in Marion County; parental consent required
