Speaker Bios:

Jordana Coppola: Senior Principal and Chief People Officer at OTJ Architects; Owner of HR Made Simpler. A Human Resources Executive with over 28 years of experience, Jordana specializes in organizational leadership, recruitment, compliance, training, and employee experience.

Alexis McCarty, NCIDQ: Alexis is an energetic interior designer dedicated to creating spaces that enhance mood and wellbeing. She takes a holistic approach, balancing aesthetics with environmental considerations. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design and a Minor in Industrial Design from Virginia Tech and has enjoyed working with OTJ Architects since graduating in 2019.
