The Woodberry Poetry Room is honored to present an electrifying constellation of poets--Carla Harryman, Erica Hunt, Tracie Morris, Hoa Nguyen, Prageeta Sharma and Anne Tardos--coming together to honor their radical, visionary lineages and the forthcoming publication of OTHER INFLUENCES: AN UNTOLD HISTORY OF FEMINIST AVANT-GARDE POETRY (MIT Press, 2024). Poet and WPR guest curator KPrevallet will offer a poetic invocation, followed by the anthology's editors Marcella Durand and Jennifer Firestone, who will introduce. Each author will share selections from their own work and that of a significant influence. Please join us as we gather at the Carpenter Center to commune, circulate, regenerate, and catalyze future collaborations at this challenging time in our world.
