Anyone interested competing as an individual and/or in a team then this is the event of the year!Entries are now open - plenty of time to get some training in and to compete in a team. There are three disciplines being squat, bench, deadlift. A team must have a minimum of two members, can be mixed (e.g. 1 x male, 2 female), and age from 14 years upwards. The Team result will be based on the Wilks Formula and McCulloch Age Co-efficient.
