Our special guest Victoria Sudgen will join us to give an outline of her career at The Robert Jones and Agnes Hunt Orthopaedic Hospital NHS Foundation Trust (RJAH), and answer your questions.

Victoria began her career in advertising and marketing at Alliance International in Cardiff before moving to London, where she managed accounts for clients such as BUPA, Safeways, and H Samuel. Seeking greater meaning, she transitioned to The Royal Marsden Hospital, renowned for oncology excellence, finding inspiration in impactful work.

Following her husband’s relocation to Cheshire, Victoria freelanced for the London Specialist hospitals including Great Ormond Steet, The Brompton, The Royal Free and Moorfields Eye Hospital, while building and selling a successful marketing business. For the past decade, she has served as Charity Director for The League of Friends and more recently RJAH Charity.

Victoria’s career spans commercial, public, and third sectors. She is the Lead Governor at RJAH, sits on Engergize's board within the Active Partnerships network, and champions women's workforce inclusion; emphasising innovation and talent retention to foster diverse and exceptional organisations.
