This event will be used as a "Class Qualifier" event. we will be enforcing the ranked aspect of A/B/C/ run groups in 2025, and creating a progression and structure to the driving at OSW. With B class being the most advanced solo drivers and tandem pairs and C class being intermediate/beginners. You must advance thru the ranks in order to eventually qualify for A class tandem/trains. This is not a required event to drive other sanctioned OSW Drift events but it is recommend to start the year off fresh.
If you’ve been wanting to move up from your class this is the event for you. Reason being is that we will have eyes on every single driver that is turning laps at the event unlike the typical request to be observed like normal events.
The reason why we will be going into a more structured class setup is so we can push you guys as drivers to become better and increase seat time per class. (Ex. B class gets consistent which means we can send more cars during a session which translates to more seat time!)
