Exploring dark memories and nostalgia, MØAA’s dream-drenched debut album “Euphoric Recall" pulls listeners through a brooding atmosphere with a thick driving rhythm. The solo project of Jancy Rae was first conceived while living near her hometown of Seattle, WA where she began writing and recording demos as an outlet to process a troubled past. More than halfway through writing the album she went across the world to Venice, Italy where the album was recorded, mixed, and produced by Andrea Volpato (New Candys) at Fox Studio Venice. Euphoric Recall was released on April 2nd 2021 via WWNBB (We Were Never Being Boring) and was followed by a tour of Europe which included sharing the stage with Clap Your Hands Say Yeah at Ypsigrock festival in Sicily, supporting Electric Six in Paris, and performing at MIL festival in Lisbon, Portugal. A tour of the United States started in March 2022 with a live performance at SXSW as part of the official showcase at the We Were Never Being Boring stage and continues with dates in April down the west coast.

Coded Marking
Coded Markings are a Leeds-based, post-punk band made up of members of a couple of other dark, cold, and brooding noise and punk groups, namely Soft Issues, Hamer, and, lest we forget, Cattle.
The band self-consciously focus on repetition in their compositions, often exploring a single groove for the entire length of a song to wring every drop of potential musicality out of it before putting it to bed. The result is a set of three extremely tight and compellingly cohesive tracks the group have collected into a single release, one they simply call EP."
