Together we will celebrate Hoppen, attend inspiring lectures, learn something new, go on adventures, enjoy surprises – and dance the night away at the biggest Hoppeball (annual party) ever! We truly hope you want to experience Oslo and all of this together with us.
This year’s theme is: ESG and the Green Transition – How legal frameworks shape a more sustainable future.
Throughout the week we will meet some of the leading lawyers in the field of the green transition. Among other things, we will hear about the legal consequences of sustainability requirements in regulatory, contractual, and transactional contexts.
Dates: October 7–12, 2025
The week kicks off with a pre-party where we all get to know each other. On Wednesday, we head to our legendary cabin “Hoppesæter” – INTO THE WOODS! Beware of trolls and other surprises on the way. At Hoppesæter there will be a traditional cabin sittning, sauna, and the crisp Oslo autumn in beautiful Lommedalen.
On Thursday morning, after breakfast, we’ll return to Oslo by bus. Following a short break, we’ll enjoy lunch and a lecture at DLA Piper. Later you’ll have free time to explore Oslo (or enjoy a proper mellanøl).
Friday brings both surprises and the grand Nordic Sittning! Theme soon to be announced! Afterparty to be announced.
Saturday is all about the 100-year Jubilee! We’ll start with a medal ceremony and pre-party at Wikborg Rein, Juristforeningen’s main sponsor, followed by an unforgettable Hoppefest!
On Sunday, we wrap it all up with the traditional Sillis at 12:00 – so hold on until the very end, even if your body is tired and your heart full of memories.
