OSHO Active Meditation is a dynamic and transformative practice designed for the modern, busy mind. Unlike traditional silent meditation, this method combines movement, breath, sound, and awareness to help release stress, emotional tension, and mental overload before naturally settling into stillness.This meditation is especially beneficial for those who find it difficult to sit quietly or who feel overwhelmed by daily responsibilities, stress, or emotional buildup. No prior meditation or yoga experience is required. All levels are welcome.
