Kick off your Thanksgiving with a fun, challenging workout! Individuals are welcome and will be partnered up at the event.

Team must run before exercise can be started
Each exercise maybe split up amoungst partners
The Gobble Gauntlet Workout
Each round starts with a run (RX: 400m, Friendly: 200m) followed by the exercises below:
1️⃣ Run + Wall Balls
- RX: 100 Wall Ball Shots
- Friendly: 50 Wall Ball Shots
2️⃣ Run + Burpees
- RX: Burpee Broad Jumps
- Friendly: Burpee with Forward Step
3️⃣ Run + Medicine Ball Lunges
- RX: 50 yd MB on Shoulder Lunges (each side)
- Friendly: 30 yd Walking Lunges
4️⃣ Run + Sled Pulls
- RX: 10 Weighted Sled Pulls
- Friendly: 6 Weighted Sled Pulls
5️⃣ Run + Farmer Carries
- RX: 2 Laps Farmer Run
- Friendly: 1 Lap Farmer Run
6️⃣ Run + Sit-Ups
- RX: 100 Sit-Ups
- Friendly: 50 Sit-Ups
