After the scheduled departure time, we will depart at the discretion of our staff, so please strictly observe the meeting time.1. Scheduled times and contents are subject to change depending on road or traffic conditions.
2. In the unlikely event that you arrive late and need to use a taxi or stay overnight, we will not be liable for any cost that may be incurred. NO REFUND for no-show guest
3. Actual itinerary may be changed or canceled due to weather/transportation conditions.
4. Visibility is dependent on weather conditions; picturesque views are not guaranteed.
5. Depending on the number of participants, it may be a medium-sized bus or a small-sized bus.
6. The bus does not have a toilet.
7. Smoking and drinking alcoholic drinks inside the bus are strictly prohibited.
8. The storage period for lost items is 1 week after the end of the trip. However, we will immediately dispose of food items or items that might spoil immediately
9. Seats are on a first-come-first-served basis.
10. Facility admission fees included in the tour price are different from the official prices. There is no refund or additional request for the difference from the official price after the tour departs.
11. If the number of participants is less than 15 or if the road condition is impossible due to a disaster or accident, we will inform you of the changes or cancellation, 1-3 days before the start of the trip (13 days before the accommodation).
12. We may not be able to meet your seating requirements, hotel smoking / non-smoking requests, and allergy requests. We may decline your request
