This uproarious operetta flips the classic myth on its head, following the not-so-devoted lovers, Orpheus and Eurydice, on their riotous journey through the underworld. When Eurydice is abducted by Pluto, the god of the underworld, Orpheus is far from heartbroken. But meddlesome gods and goddesses have other plans, leading to a whirlwind of witty banter, enchanting melodies, and, of course, the famous Can-Can dance.Join us for an evening where divine chaos reigns supreme, and laughter is guaranteed!
With solo roles provided by some of RHS’s top vocal talent, and the rousing choruses sung by the combined choirs of the Holbrook Choral Society and the RHS Chapel Choir, the evening promises to be a treat for all the senses.
