In Ricky Ian Gordon’s “Orpheus and Euridice,” the timeless myth is re-imagined through lush melodies and poignant lyrics. Euridice is a soprano, Orpheus a clarinetist, and together they weave together an intimate reflection on love, loss, and the power of music. Featuring soprano Kelly Ann Bixby as Euridice, this innovative performance blurs the traditional lines of theater, opera, and song.
