Once a week on a Saturday afternoon Erika, your regular mobile librarian, brings the Mobile Library South and East to the Ormiston Town Centre. The bus parks in Ormiston Road outside the Pak’nSave carpark from 1.30pm – 3.00pm.
If there are cars parked in the space our backup spot is in Te Ara Kahikatea between Ormiston Senior College and Ormiston Junior College.
The mobile library will be off the road on Saturday 5 October 2024.

YOUR MOBILE LIBRARY SERVICE:
The Mobile Library South and East is a full-sized bus that has books for children, teens and adults.
The mobile library is a pickup location for items ordered online – just look for Mobile South & East in the alphabetical list of libraries.

When visiting the mobile library you can:
• Return items borrowed from Auckland Libraries branches
• Return items borrowed from a mobile library
• Pick up items requested online
• Browse collections for children, teens, and adults
• Get information about digital resources (including eBooks, eAudiobooks, eMagazines)
Items borrowed from the mobile library can be returned to the mobile library, or to any branch of Auckland Libraries.
