About this Event
This New Year's, come take the mic alongside local bands and share your own voice on the theme of "Raise A Glass!" Reflect upon this past year. What do you see in the mirror? Or what do you want to raise your glass and celebrate? Share on whatever topics this theme inspires in you! All ages are welcome on the mic. Teens may compete for a chance to win prizes including free ice cream from Kelly's Homemade and $50 Publix gift cards. The evening will feature local music acts to help you dance the night away. Food available for purchase, and Two for one drink specials for our kids at heart. Text "In to win" to 407 917 8110 to get your name on our open mic list. Admission $25 (teen competitors get in free!) to support future operations for Write To Be Scene Inc*, your host of Orlando's Underground Teens poetry slam. Happy New Year!
