A third-generation Tampa Bay native, Kourtney is a dynamic force in social impact and a bold advocate for meaningful change. In her role as Chief Impact Officer for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, she leads transformational philanthropic strategies that shape lives across education, health, equity, and youth empowerment.
The luncheon will also feature the inaugural graduating class of the Being ATHENA Leadership Program, highlighting our community’s ongoing investment in women’s leadership development.
