The Orlando Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc., a 501(c)(3) organization, will host its Annual E.R. Humphries Scholarship Golf Tournament at the historic Dubsdread Golf Course located at 549 W. Par St, Orlando, FL on the morning of Saturday, May 18, 2024. Proceeds for this event benefit our scholarship program for students in the Greater Orlando area.The tournament is a four(4) person best ball scramble. The price per golfer includes greens fee, cart fee, range balls, on-course contests, and banquet luncheon. Please don’t miss this opportunity to “PUTT 4 A PURPOSE”.
In addition to recognizing the tournament's top finishers, there will be contests for the Longest Drive and Closest to the Pin. One of the par 3 holes will offer a chance to win a great getaway with a hole-in-one one! Other par 3’s throughout the course offer more opportunities for hole-in-one prizes. Donated items will also be auctioned during the awards luncheon.
The Orlando Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. is diligently focused on helping high school age young men grow and develop their leadership talents, by providing both challenging and rewarding experiences which richly enhance their lives. The purpose of the Orlando Alumni Chapter is to help these young men to achieve worthy goals for themselves, and to make constructive contributions to their community when leadership roles become their responsibility.
Attendees and sponsors of the scholarship golf tournament have generously helped the Orlando Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc., continue to provide community service and scholarships.
