Jackson's Bistro & Winemaker of the Year Recipient Dave Phinney will be hosting an amazing 5-Course Dinner featuring the best of Orin Swift in our beautiful Waterfront Room overlooking the Bay!
Enjoy The Following Generous Pours Paired with These Culinary Creations
1st Course - "Blank Stare" Sauvignon Blanc paired with a Surf n Turf Tartare of Filet Mignon and Butter-Poached Nova Scotia Lobster.
2nd Course - "Mannequin" Chardonnay paired with a Key West Pink Shrimp & Scallop Ceviche. Florida's Best Local Product Paired with a Sauvignon Blanc not available for purchase outside the restaurant.
3rd Course - "Slander" Pinot Noir paired with a Duck Confit & Sweat Potato Gnocchi. This AMAZING newly released Pinot Noir will absolutely blow you away.
4th Course - "Mercury Head" Cabernet Sauvignon paired with A5 Wagyu Strip and a Roasted Fennel Salad. The Best Deserves the Best!
5th Course - "8 Years in the Dessert" Red Blend paired with a Fresh Blackberry Cobbler topped with House-Made 8 Years Ice Cream.
Seating will be at community tables.
Ticket pricing does not include sales tax, service fee, or gratiuty. Final bill will be presented at end of dinner experience for opportunity to leave a suggested 20% gratuity.
