About this Event
During the course of this class guests will embark on an intensive deep dive into the history, coffee culture and coffee economy within Ethiopia. We will discuss coffee folklore in context of the cultural traditions and histories of Ethiopia alongside the truth hidden within them to find a place of appreciation for the real and rich culture that coffee's native land has to tell us.
This 90-minute presentation will contain a healthy amount of information about past and current practices found in Ethiopian agriculture accentuated with coffee tasting through the night to help provide context and profile to the discussions. Ethiopia has certainly developed a reputation for its high quality, consistent and richly dynamic profiles it’s coffee has only continued to excel at. In this same appreciation we will better understand why understanding something's roots can only deepen our appreciation for its present.
Each ticket includes a bag of Ethiopian coffee beans roasted by Blueprint.
