About this Event
Join Laura from L & S Crafts at A Touch of Craft Yorkshire, a new craft space near Ossett, for a fun session to learn how to make origami lilies. During the workshop you will be able to choose from a selection of coloured and patterned paper, sheet music, book pages and maps to fold your lilies, and them assemble them on wooden stems. Alternative options for displaying the lilies will be discussed.
You will develop the skills to make further lilies at home. Paper flowers make lovely gifts, home decorations or even wedding bouquets. Perfect for Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, weddings, first wedding anniversaries, or just to treat yourself!
All equipment and materials will be provided, including a packet of paper and a link to our step-by-step video to continue making at home.
Drinks are available to purchase (cash only) at the venue. There is free parking. Please note the craft room is on the first floor and only accessible via stairs.
Minimum age for participants is 18 years.
