Discover the thrill of orienteering
Join our one day beginner workshop led by our experienced coaches and gain the skills and confidence to navigate with a map.
This fun day teaches you the basics of orienteering including:
- Understanding an orienteering map
- Using a compass
- Techniques to navigate a course on a map
By the end of this day you will have the skills and confidence to take part in an orienteering event. There are 2 active clubs in the Aberdeen area so plenty to choose from. No prior knowledge required ā just a sense of adventure. All physical activity at whatever level you choose.
