Orientation to Horses November

Age 7-Adults This program is for horse lovers aged seven to adults and lasts six consecutive weeks around horses. Our 6-Week Orientation to Horses Program provides a comprehensive introduction to horse care, handling, and riding, tailored for beginners looking to develop a strong foundation in horsemanship.

• The student is comfortable around horses and in the Stables
• Students can demonstrate the safety rules and independently groom a horse.
• Student can alone tack their horse if physically capable
• Students can alone get lesson horses out of the pasture
• Student has begun to develop an appreciation for the benefits of spending time with the horse
• Students have appropriate expectations of horses and initial steps in learning to ride.
• Students are fully prepared to begin riding.

Six Week Course $360.—Once you complete this course, private lessons will follow.
