The OSpan Teach-In Series is an educational initiative designed to help white individuals move beyond performative allyship and into deep, sustained racial justice work. The series provides structured guidance for reckoning with systemic oppression and making long-term commitments to anti-racist action.
About the Instructors
Leslie Mac is a veteran racial justice organizer and digital strategist. She co-founded #CharlottesvilleSyllabus, a critical reading list addressing white supremacist violence, and has worked with national organizations to advance racial equity.
DiDi Delgado is a writer, poet, and organizer known for her unapologetic advocacy for Black liberation. She has spearheaded initiatives raising over $2 million in direct aid for Black and brown communities and has led countless workshops on anti-racism and accountability.
