About this Event
"Please note that this meetup will include interactive breakout sessions, allowing you to engage with others. And, while it's not intended to be a product pitch, we will briefly discuss our product, Columinity."
How can you make Agile teams more effective? While opinions are easy to find, evidence-based recommendations are much more difficult. So, we decided to perform this research ourselves.
For seven years, Christiaan Verwijs performed case studies and gathered data from over 5.000 Agile teams to develop a scientific model for Agile Team Effectiveness. This resulted in a peer-reviewed study with Professor Daniel Russo from the University of Aalborg. Additional peer-reviewed studies have been performed to compare team effectiveness across popular scaling frameworks and how diversity, conflict, and psychological safety impact software teams.
During this session, we’ll explore the following questions:
- What Agile-related scientific research have we conducted to date?
- How can you increase your (coaching) impact and show your value?
- How can you use data and scientific insights to spark organizational change?
- What are actionable and practical next steps to take to start improving?
- How does all of this relate to our product, Columinity?
- What other research projects can you expect from us?
You'll be able to listen, learn, and ask questions.
We hope to see you soon!
