Organik Flow Movement Lab is a lovely session of Somatic Movement and Spontaneous Improvisation Open for all bodies and everybody.Organik Flow Movement Lab is a unique and inclusive experience for participants to explore spontaneous movement, engage in personal exploration, and foster a collective connection. Led by Laura Armenta , a seasoned professional with extensive experience in many movement disciplines, choreography, and yoga. Participants are invited to engage in sessions focused on sensory awakening, mindful breathing, and spontaneous movement, refining motor skills and body awareness, while playfully weaving creativity, physical challenge and artistic stimulation.
Organik Flow Movement Lab is open to individuals of all body types who are 21 years old and above. It's inclusive regardless of background, and no previous dance experience is required.
Laura Armenta 's multifaceted career as a choreographer, performer, movement educator, and artistic director showcases her commitment to the world of dance and movement.
Her development of Organik Flow (Movement Lab and Immersion) is a testament to her creativity and dedication to exploring new possibilities. Organik Flow Movement Lab came about from Laura Armenta's diverse background in different movement disciplines and her desire to create a fusion among them, providing her with a rich and varied toolkit to draw upon.
