Organik Flow Movement Lab is a unique and inclusive experience for participants to explore spontaneous movement, engage in personal exploration, and foster a collective connection.
Led by Laura Armenta , a seasoned professional with extensive experience in many movement disciplines, choreography, and yoga.
Participants are invited to engage in sessions focused on sensory awakening, mindful breathing, and spontaneous movement, refining motor skills and body awareness, while playfully weaving creativity, physical challenge and artistic stimulation.
Organik Flow Movement Lab is open to individuals of all body types who are 21 years old and above. It's inclusive regardless of background, and no previous dance experience is required.
