Create your own unique silver ring with a splash of colour, guided by artist Shirley Wu.
In this relaxed, beginner-friendly workshop, you’ll get hands-on with silver-clay and learn the fun process of making your own ring. I’ll guide you step by step as you mold the silver-clay and hand set heat-resistant stones like cubic zirconia, giving your ring a personal touch with up to 10 different stones to choose from.
I've some exciting updates! The workshop now includes firing and polishing-- you can witness how the clay turn into silver, magic! After the 2.5-hour class, your ring will be fired (takes about an hour). You can either take a break and return to finish polishing it yourself (about 20 minutes), or I can finish it for you to collect later that day or on another day, depending on studio hours.
I offer the workshop at two convenient locations—either in the CBD or McLaren Vale. Just pick the one that works best for you.
A quick heads-up: To keep the workshop running smoothly, I need at least 4 participants. If I don’t hit that number, the session might need to be rescheduled. If you’ve got a smaller group, no worries—I'm happy to run a more intimate session for a slightly higher fee.

- Please bring your reading glasses for delicate stone settingIf you are making a ring for your love one, please bring one of their ring for measurement, paper or tape measuring method can be unreliable.
