It's another 10h program that will make you flow even higher ;) ?
During this, we will deepen our knowledge of organic flow basics. We will take bonus, solcinho, balao apagado, airplane turn, roasted chicken etc., go through different variations and use this to work on body awareness and connection. Furthermore, we will expand the knowledge of body movements with chest- and basic head movements and use them in the basic steps. Finally, we will prepare the body, connection level and leading and following skills for "Module 3", where we will be focusing mainly on advanced head movements and creating constant flow ;)
