About this Event
Taught by Kneaders Corporate Executive Pastry Chef, Kaycie Christensen. In this one-hour class we will be learning cake assembly and frosting basics, as well as decorating a modern, drip style 6”- yule log cake with various decorations. Recommended ages 12+.

Kaycie is a California native. Her past experience includes creating pastries for Disney, the Grand America hotel, and now Kneaders. She has made cakes and pastries for high-end clientele including A-list celebrities and professional athletes. Her specialty is larger-than-life edible structures and her knack for detail, work and passion for art drives her to produce extraordinary results.
