Join PDX Natural Dye & Pigment for a gathering at Gresham Library, 385 NW Miller Avenue, Gresham, Oregon on November 15 @ 12:45 p.m.
𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐐&𝐀 - Ramona King will be sharing her process of creating art from eco printed papers embellished with paint handmade using Oregon ochres and other minerals. She will show examples of her prints, sewn collages, and paper quilts.
𝐎𝐩𝐞𝐧 𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞 - There will also be open time for mingling, connecting, and sharing in our love of all things natural dyes and pigments.
𝐒𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐞 & 𝐒𝐰𝐚𝐩 𝐓𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞
Have items related to natural dyeing to give away or trade? Bring them!
Please make sure they’re library-safe, e.g., liquids in sealed jars, no lose dirt, pigments, things that might stain.

𝐁𝐢𝐨 - Ramona King is a born and raised Oregonian, constantly collecting rocks, leaves, and other natural treasures to incorporate into her art. As a printmaker, her love of paper intersects with these gifts from nature in the form of botanical prints manipulated and enhanced with mineral watercolors. She loves to sew and make her own clothes, is a voracious reader and works as a full time groundskeeper when not obsessively making art.
