Oregon IFT Suppliers Night 2025 Supplier Registration
Join us for the Oregon IFT Suppliers Night 2025, a fantastic opportunity for vendors of food ingredients, co-packers, food packaging, equipment and services to connect with members of the Oregon and Southern Washington food industry.
This in-person event will be held Monday, Feb. 24 at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Portland on Northeast Multnomah Street, Portland, OR, USA. Each table comes with electricity and registration for one company representative. Additional company representatives are welcome to attend, they can register via the General Registration link here.

Setup/Tear Down: Vendors can start setting their tables up at 1PM. Doors open at 4PM and the event ends at 7PM.
Shipping: Please ship your materials to the hotel, scheduled to arrive up to 4 days before the event. Make sure that Oregon IFT is clearly written on the exterior of your box as well as your company name. We will make sure your materials are on your table when you arrive!
