On Tuesday 8th October, we would like to welcome you to ORE Catapult’s new Floating Wind Innovation Centre (FLOWIC) Centre in Aberdeen.
FLOWIC is a unique national capability for industry, innovators and researchers from across the UK and the rest of the world to test, demonstrate, commercialise and support the qualification of “critical components” such as dynamic cable systems, mooring and anchoring systems. The purpose-built capability, in partnership with ETZ ltd. is a global centre of excellence for dynamic cabling systems and mooring and anchoring systems to further support the offshore renewables industry to achieve their goals in Floating Offshore Wind.
