We are part of the Ordinariate which was created in 2008 by Pope Benedict to help Anglicans who could no longer in good conscience accept the changes in theology and practice. Under the new protection of the Catholic church they knew that the historic practice of the apostolic church could never change and not even the Pope had the authority to do so.
