The Garland Symphony Orchestra presents a wonderful opportunity for children to learn about music. "Orchestras are Instrumental!" is a hands-on, interactive presentation that gives children the chance to hear, see, touch, and explore the different aspects of classical music and the orchestra. The program will include storytime, a performance by a professional musician, and an Instrument Petting Zoo. "Orchestras are Instrumental!" is geared towards pre-school and kindergarten aged children (although older kids will enjoy it too!).
