We now require a refundable $10 per ticket hold fee. Please rest assured that your money will be refunded within 48 hours after the show as long as you claim your tickets on the day of the event. If, for any reason, you are unable to claim your tickets, your fee will be donated to the MSO.Don't hesitate to contact us if you are interested in attending but cannot pay the holding fee. Our concert has been thoughtfully modified to create a comfortable environment for all attendees. This includes dimmed house lights that remain on during the performance, flexible seating arrangements, relaxed house rules, on-stage hosts to guide you through the experience, and available sensory kits for added support. Additionally, noise-reduction headphones will be provided, and quiet areas will be designated for those needing a break from the sensory stimulation.
To help prepare for the event, we offer concert social narratives to familiarize attendees with what to expect. Patrons are encouraged to arrive early and partake in an hour of special pre-concert activities, adding to the anticipation and enjoyment of the evening.
