This winter pruning session will cover formative, regulative & restorative pruning techniques as well as the latest science in maintenance. After a recap on the basic principles of orchard management, this session will be practical. We’ll look at tools & biosecurity and develop winter pruning skills on the fruit trees at Cultivate.
