Join us for this free event on Mon, March 17th at 12:30 pm, Orchard to Table: The story of Cider and Food. The event is a cider and small bites pairing tasting, followed by a panel discussion, moderated by American Cider Association's Education Director Jennie Dorsey and event/experience producer and cider enthusiast Leah Scafe (Stockpot Co).
We’ll hear from three chefs, cidermakers, and sommeliers on why they love pairing, cooking with and celebrating cider:
The discussion will follow a casual walk-around tasting through the six cider families, highlighting OR + WA ciders paired with 3 delicious dishes expertly prepared by phenom local chefs. Come learn, connect with your community and get excited about cider with us!
