Come learn about tree health and orchard management at Sycamore Trail Community Orchard in West Sacramento. Center for Land-Based Learning will be hosting a series of three volunteer days at Sycamore Trail led by urban agroforester, Dominic Allamano. At each event, participants will learn and take part in different projects to manage the orchard and prepare the trees for winter from root health and pruning, to soil amendments and irrigation.
