ORCHARD RUN13k/21k/32k Out and back from Palmdale Crematorium.
This is a seriously good build up for 6 Foot Track or just for building character.
5:30am registrations. 6am start.
This run is a timed run, traditionally well attended by many Trotters, it is a good training run for the upcoming Sixfoot Track race. It is an in and out course with a 2km flat warm up section on the road. The rest is all firetrail with some steep climbs and undulating terrain.
Trotters will have a couple of drink stops at the 13km and 32k turnaround.

$5 donation per adult suggested , cash on the day or direct deposit. This goes towards refreshments and permits.
