We are back for another BBQ Fundraising event and ready to celebrate the summer season with you all! Get ready for delicious food, cocktails, networking, and fundraising! We invite you to join us on August 8, 2024, at The Strathcona Rooftop at 6:00pm for an evening of exciting and dynamic connections and meaningful conversations.

All proceeds from this event will be supporting Our Place Society. We have chosen Our Place specifically because they are opeining the first long-term addictions recovery community for Women on Vancouver Island this fall. Our Place Society is a community centre with multiple locations serving Greater Victoria’s most vulnerable, including people struggling with homelessness, mental health challenges, substance use issues, the working poor, LGBTQ+, and impoverished elderly. Our Place provides over 1,400 meals every day, over 500 units of housing plus transitional shelter spaces, hot showers, education, job skills, health care, addiction recovery services, donated clothing, counseling, outreach services, and more.
