Orang Laut SG: Bubur Lambuk Ikan Tenggiri Distribution

In the spirit of Ramadan, Orang Laut SG will be distributing our family's much-loved Bubur Lambuk Ikan Tenggiri (spiced mackerel porridge). This bubur has a special place in our hearts as it's a recipe from our great-grandmother from Pulau Semakau.

We started this initiative in 2021 and hope to continue it every year during the month of Ramadan! This year, we will be hosting the bubur distribution in the east of Singapore, at Common Ground Civic Centre.
