Join us for an unforgettable evening of exquisite wines and gourmet cuisine at our exclusive December Wine Dinner, featuring Opus One Winery. Hosted by Chris Blanchard, Master Sommelier at Opus One and Four Seasons Hotel Silicon Valley, this event celebrates the rich flavors of Opus One wines, paired with a specially curated multi-course menu created by Executive Chef Jacques Swart of Four Seasons Silicon Valley. The dinner will be presented by his talented team of chefs at Quattro Restaurant.

Michael has been with Opus One since 2001 and has held the position of Winemaker since 2003. With over 25 years of winemaking experience, including roles at Stag’s Leap Wine Cellars and Beaulieu Vineyard, Michael’s expertise and commitment to crafting exceptional wines reflect Opus One’s philosophy of terroir-driven excellence.
