About this Event
Celebrate CMSCVA’s 20th anniversary (and the dawn of chamber music) with two famous quartets by the “father of the string quartet,” Joseph Haydn. Both from his collection nicknamed the “Sun Quartets,” opus 20, Haydn developed compositional techniques in this collection that were to define chamber music for the next 200 years. This historic music is joined by a new work from Richmond native Kyle Valorose.
