OPUN MIC NIGHT is a gathering of creatives to discover the fun of punning-on-demand, improv, writing, and sharing work, and meeting other like-minds in a casual, 'low-stakes' environment.

Our theme for SEPTEMBER is Jeans, Good jeans, bad jeans, and in ALL colors.

We know this is a haute topic right now, but we didn’t want to zipper lips about it. 

Puns, outfits, and work shared on theme are always encouraged, but don’t distress out about it.

Info: Warm up facilitated group improv exercises that allow you to try out some wordplay games that may include learning names, rhyming, and puns.

Info: We'll give you an optional writing prompt to get your creativity flowin' with some lowfi tunes to set the mood. (Bring a notebook and pen or laptop!)

Info: Share what you wrote, a comedy bit, poem, or short performance.
