Our brand new monthly Optics Days are here to help you find the perfect binoculars or scope, for your birding and wildlife adventures.Taking place in our Peng Observatory, overlooking the Rushy Lake - Sir Peter Scott's first lake to help protect migratory birds - on the first Sunday of every month, these events are designed for nature lovers at every level.

Hands-On Testing: We’ll have a full range of binoculars and scopes from trusted brands including Swarovski, Viking, Zeiss and Kowa for you to test.
Expert Guidance: Our trained staff will be on hand to offer advice tailored to your needs, whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned pro.
Suitable for All: From beginner-friendly models to top-tier optics, we’ve got something to fit every budget and skill level. Try out our WWT binoculars, from cygnet pairs for youngsters to Swarovski optics for experienced birders.
Incredible Views: Spot birds, insects, and more as you test the optics in real-life conditions.
Please note the binoculars and scopes will be set up on tripods for you to try out in the Peng Observatory, you won't be able to take them out around the site.
