Please read these details for bookings & entry:
-Arrive in groups no larger than 6. The ticket charge is per head for a full table and includes your entry, your reserved table, DJs and
music, and access to our bar & food services.
-Walk ups are subject to capacity and availability.
-You must arrive all together and, in your group/bubble.
-Please do not attend the event if you or any of your household or social bubble are feeling unwell or showing symptoms of Covid-19.
-You have until 6.30pm to arrive, or your table booking will be forfeited. If you are running late please get in touch via 01273 682828 and we will do our best to accommodate you. Please understand the venue is working with very limited capacity and high staffing costs, and are reliant on bar sales to continue operating.
-On entry, you must wear a face mask and sign in with the NHS Track and Trace (or login via written sheet). This is a condition of entry. Face Masks must be worn when moving around the venue, unless exempt - please provide evidence of this if so. Masks can be taken off once seated.
-Order your drinks via table service. You must remain seated unless going to the bathroom or smoking area. Please remain socially distant
and follow the one-way system at all times.
-Please do not dance (Sorry, we know this is difficult but it's the law).
-Do not move tables or chairs. Once you have been allocated a table upon entry, you must stay at that table.
-Please listen to and respect the staff and security.
-If you do repeatedly fail to adhere to any of these rules, we may ask you to leave. You will not be refunded in this instance.
